My colleague is always undercutting me. Whenever I have an idea, they find a way to shoot it down. It's really frustrating and it's starting to affect my work. Do you have any advice on how to deal with this situation?

If your colleague is constantly undercutting you, it's important to have a conversation with them. Try to find out why they're doing it and see if there's a way to resolve the issue. It's also important to stand up for yourself and to be assertive when necessary. If the problem persists, you might need to speak to your boss or HR.
