HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsWhat to do when co-workers pick on you?
Rila Thomas Staff asked 5 months ago
I have a few co-workers who like to pick on me and it's really starting to get on my nerves. I've tried ignoring them, but that doesn't seem to work. I want to resign but the job is actually good except for my colleagues.

If you're being picked on by your co-workers, the best thing you can do is to talk to your boss about it. Let them know what's going on and how it's making you feel. They may be able to help mediate the situation or, if it's severe enough, they may even be able to take disciplinary action against the offending parties. Whatever you do, don't let the bullies get the best of you. Stand up for yourself and don't let them run your life.
