HomeRomantic Relationship QuestionsWhat to do if your partner is making excuses not to be with you?

Charles is my boyfriend of five years and at first, we are okay and all that. But now, I feel like he is making excuses not to be with me. He always has something to do or somewhere to go whenever I want to see him. I am starting to feel like he doesn't want to be with me anymore. What should I do?

If you and Charles have been together for five years, there is no reason for you to hesitate to talk to him about this. If he is making excuses not to be with you, it means that he doesn't value your time together. You should talk to him and see if there is anything going on that is causing him to act this way. If he is just not interested in being with you anymore, then it might be time to move on. Either way, you deserve to be with someone who wants to be with you.
