Stacy and I were really close but she left without a word. One day, I just saw her with a new set of friends and she completely ignored me. I don't know what to do or how to feel about it.

It sounds like you're feeling hurt and betrayed by your friend. Talk to her about why she left and see if she's willing to talk about it. If she's not, you might have to distance yourself from her for a while. Let her know that you're there for her but you can't handle being ignored like that.
