I used to be really motivated and driven. I would set goals and achieve them. But lately, I've been feeling really unmotivated. I don't know what to do or where to start.
It's normal to lose motivation from time to time. The important thing is to find ways to get yourself back on track. The first thing you can try is to set small goals. When you have a specific goal in mind, it'll be easier to stay motivated. The second is to find an activity that you're passionate about. When you're doing something that you enjoy, you'll be less likely to feel unmotivated. The third is to exercise regularly. Exercise releases endorphins, which can help improve your mood and give you more energy. Finally, try to surround yourself with positive people. When you're around people who are motivated, it'll be easier for you to stay motivated as well.
