I am not into joining meetings because it always disrupts my workflow. I tried to avoid it but my boss noticed and now she's started asking me to join her meeting more often. What should I do?

The best way to approach this situation is by being honest with your boss. You should sit down with them and explain the situation. Thank them for the opportunity to work with them and let them know that you appreciate all they have done for you. Then, explain why you don't want to join the meetings and be sure to emphasize that it is nothing personal. Finally, thank them again for their time and understanding.
