HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsWhat should I do if I witnessed a company-wide layoff?

I was working at my company when they announced that they were doing a company-wide layoff. I witnessed people crying and begging for their jobs. It was really tough to see. Do you have any advice on how to deal with this situation?

Company layoff is a serious issue. If you witnessed a company-wide layoff, it's important to be there for your colleagues. Offer support and assistance however you can. You can also reach out to HR or your boss for guidance. Remember to take care of yourself during this difficult time.
