I have been wanting to meditate for a while now but I don't know where to start. I have tried a few times but I always get so frustrated because I can't seem to clear my mind.
It sounds like you're doing great by just trying to meditate! A lot of people find it difficult to clear their minds, so don't worry if you're struggling with that.
One thing that might help is to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down in. You can also try focusing on your breath and counting each inhales and exhales. If your mind starts to wander, just gently bring your focus back to your breath.
There's no right or wrong way to meditate, so just do whatever feels comfortable for you. The most important thing is to be patient and to keep practicing. With time, it will become easier and more enjoyable.
