I am going through a tough time and I find it hard to cheer myself up. I don't want to rely on others to make me happy, but I also don't know how to make myself happy.
One way to cheer yourself up is to do something that you enjoy. This can be anything from reading your favorite book to going for a walk in nature. Another way to make yourself happy is to be around positive people who make you laugh and feel good about yourself. Finally, try to focus on the good things in your life and be grateful for what you have. This will help you to see the positives even when things are tough.
