I struggle waking up and getting out of bed every morning. It's really starting to affect my productivity and I would like to find a way to change this. Are there any tips you can give me?
If you're struggling to wake up in the morning, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure you're getting enough sleep at night. If you're not well-rested, it will be harder to get up in the morning. Secondly, try setting an alarm for a time that is realistic for you to wake up.
