I am a workaholic and I never take time for myself. I am always working and I never have any 'me' time.
The best thing that you can do for yourself is to schedule some ‘me’ time. This can be anything from taking a relaxing bath to going for a walk in nature. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as it is something that you enjoy and that helps you to relax. Taking some time for yourself will help you to recharge and to be better able to handle the stresses of daily life.
