After going through a depressive phase, I want to try and work on my self-esteem. I don't believe in myself and I need help.

The first thing you need to do is understand that it is perfectly normal to feel this way. Second, start exploring the things that make you happy and build your confidence from there. Additionally, surround yourself with people who love and support you. Lastly, be gentle with yourself and know that it takes time to develop self-belief. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is your self-confidence. Give yourself time and space to grow, and believe that you are capable of anything.
