These days, I have been drifting apart from my partner. We don't talk as much as we used to and when we do, it's usually about mundane things. I'm not really sure what happened, but I know that I don't want things to stay this way.

Whether you go out on a date night or just spend an evening cuddling on the couch, quality time is essential. Finally, don't forget to show your affection for each other. Whether it's saying "I love you" often or simply giving them a hug when they need it, physical touch is important in maintaining an emotional connection.
