I've been feeling really stressed lately and it's starting to affect my health. I'm not sure what to do or where to turn. Any advice would be appreciated.

There are a few things that have helped me when I'm feeling stressed. First, I focus on my breath and try to take deep, slow breaths. This helps to calm my body and mind. Additionally, I remind myself that the stress is only temporary and it will eventually pass. I also try to find a quiet place to sit or lie down until the feeling passes. And finally, I try to be kind to myself – this is not my fault and I am not alone.
