If you are struggling with money and need to talk to someone about it, then it might be a good idea to speak with your boss. However, you should also consider talking to HR about your financial situation. This way, you can get some advice from both your boss and HR, and then make a decision about what to do next. It can be difficult to decide whether or not to confront your boss about a problem. If you are struggling with money, then it is important to get some advice from someone who can help you make a decision. If you decide to go to HR, they will be able to help you assess your financial situation and offer some advice on how to move forward. However, if you feel like you need to talk to your boss about the problem, then you should do so.
