My friend just got out of a long-term relationship and she's having a really hard time. She's always talking about her ex and what he did to her. It's really starting to get on my nerves. I want to help her move on, but I don't know how.

The best thing you can do for your friend is to be there for her. Talk to her about what she's going through and offer your support. Try to distract her with activities that she enjoys or get her involved in new hobbies. Helping her stay busy will take her mind off her ex and eventually she'll be able to move on.
