I work in the marketing department and I noticed that my boss has been playing favorites with the employees. Some employees always seem to get the best assignments and the most praise, while others are constantly being passed over. I've tried talking to my boss about it, but they deny that there's a problem. What can I do?

That sounds like a really tough situation to be in. The best thing you can do is to talk to a manager. They may be able to come up with suggestions and solutions. But you should expect that they wouldn't make any sudden or major changes, as that could create more problems.
