HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsIs it rude to be honest with your co-worker about their work ethics?

I have a co-worker who is really lazy and doesn't do their fair share of work. I've been thinking about saying something to them, but I'm not sure if it would be rude. What do you think?

It is not necessarily rude to tell a co-worker that their work ethic could use some improvement, but you should be prepared for the possibility that they may not take it well. It might be better to speak to your boss or another authority figure about the situation instead.
