HomeRomantic Relationship QuestionsIs it possible to be in a relationship with someone who has different interests?

My girlfriend and I have been together for a few months now, and things are going great. We get along really well and have a lot of fun together. However, we don't share many interests. She likes to read, while I prefer to watch TV. She loves going out dancing, while I'm more of a homebody. I'm not sure if our relationship can survive without common interests.

It is possible to be in a relationship with someone who has different interests. Just because you two don't share the same hobbies doesn't mean you can't have a successful relationship. You may just need to find other things that you can do together, such as watching a movie or going for a walk. It's also important to respect each other's interests and give each other space to do the things you enjoy. If you can do this, then your relationship should be just fine.
