My co-worker is dating our boss and I feel like it is off and inappropriate. I feel left out whenever the three of us have a meeting and they start talking about their "inside jokes." What should I do to make myself feel included?

In general, it's best to avoid getting involved in-office romance. It can be difficult to remain objective and professional if you're dating someone at work. There is no definitive answer to this question since every workplace is different. Some workplaces are more lenient when it comes to relationships, while others have strict rules against it.
That said, if your coworker is dating your boss, there is a potential for favoritism. It's important to be aware of this and to make sure that you're not being unfairly disadvantaged because of it. If you feel like you're being left out, talk to your boss and explain how you're feeling. They should be able to include you in future meetings and conversations.
