I think my co-worker is attracted to me, but I'm not interested. I don't want to lead them on or make things awkward, but I also don't want to hurt their feelings. What should I do?

If you think your co-worker is attracted to you but you're not interested, the best thing to do is be honest with them. You can explain that you're not interested in a romantic or sexual relationship, but that you still want to be friends. If they have difficulty accepting your decision, you may need to distance yourself from them until they can do so.
