Every time I scroll through my Facebook feed or look at pictures in magazines, I feel like crap because I don't look like those people. I know I shouldn't compare myself to others, but I can't seem to stop. Do you have any advice?
Comparing yourself to others is a dangerous habit that can lead to a lot of negative self-talk and feelings of inferiority. A good way to stop doing this is to focus on your own life and what makes you happy. Don't compare your worst moments to other people's best moments, because that's not fair to you. Instead, focus on your own progress and celebrate your own accomplishments. When you start doing this, you'll find that you feel a lot better about yourself and your life.
