I am often asked to do things that are outside of my job description by my boss. I don't mind doing the occasional extra task, but it's getting to the point where I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. How can I say no to my boss without seeming uncooperative?

When you're asked to do something that's outside of your job description, it's important to be respectful and professional. You should explain to your boss why you can't do the task, and offer to do something else instead. If your boss persists, you may need to talk to HR or find a new job.
