HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsHow to raise an income increase to your boss?
Roy Murray asked 5 months ago
I have been working for more than a year and a half and while I love my job, I feel like I'm being underpaid. I've done the research and found that I should be making at least 4X more per year. How do I go about asking for a raise without sounding entitled or unappreciative?

The best way to approach this situation is to have a conversation with your boss about your concerns. Explain that you have done your research and you believe you are being underpaid. Be open to negotiating a fair salary that meets both your needs and the company's budget. Thank them for their time and consideration.
