HomeFriends Relationship QuestionsHow to handle back-stabbing friends?
Roy Murray asked 2 years ago
I was on a trip with two of my best friends and we had a blast. But when we got back, I found out that they had been talking behind my back the entire time. It hurt my feelings and now I don't know what to do.

There's nothing worse than finding out that your friends have been talking behind your back. It can be really hurtful and make you feel betrayed. But before you do anything, it's important to take a step back and evaluate the situation. Maybe your friends were just venting about something that they were upset about and they didn't actually mean to hurt your feelings. Or maybe there's something going on that you're not aware of and they were just trying to figure things out. Either way, the best thing to do is to talk to your friends about what happened. Let them know how you feel and why their words hurt you. If they're truly your friends, they'll be sorry for what they did and they'll want to make things right. But if they don't seem remorseful or they keep talking behind your back, then maybe it's time to reevaluate your friendship.
