HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsHow to deal with harassment at work?
Roy Murray asked 4 months ago
I've been the victim of harassment at work and it's really starting to affect my mental health. I've tried talking to my boss about it, but they just deny everything. What should I do?

I am so sorry... Work is supposed to be a place of safety, not harassment. You have several options: you can speak with your boss again and explain how the harassment is affecting you both at work and outside of work; you can go to human resources and file a formal complaint, or you can contact an attorney who specializes in workplace discrimination. You deserve to feel safe and respected at work.
