HomeFriends Relationship QuestionsHow do you know when you’ve found your best friend?
Roy Murray asked 5 months ago
As an extrovert, I have found many friends in my lifetime. But it seems that no one sticks around with me for more than a couple of years. I start to feel like maybe I'm not good enough or maybe I'm just not meant to have long-lasting friendships. But then I met Sarah. We bonded over our love of animals and our shared sense of humour. It was like we had known each other for years. Even though we only met a few months ago, I already consider her my best friend.

There is no definitive answer to this question. You'll know when you find your best friend when you feel a strong connection with that person. You should be able to rely on them and feel comfortable confiding in them. They should also make you laugh and enjoy spending time with them. If you have found someone who meets all of these criteria, then you have probably found your best friend.
