HomeLong Distance Relationship QuestionsHow do you keep the spark alive in a long-distance relationship?
Roy Murray asked 5 months ago
My boyfriend and I have been in a long-distance relationship for over a year now. We're both students at different colleges, so we only get to see each other on breaks. Even though we video chats and talk on the phone all the time, it's not the same as being together. I am kind of worried that he is losing interest in me. What can I do?

There are a few things you can do to keep the spark alive in your long-distance relationship. Try to make time to talk or video chat every day. This will help you feel connected to each other. Second, make sure to schedule regular visits, even if they are just weekend trips. This will give you both something to look forward to. Finally, try to do things together even when you are apart. For example, you can watch the same movie or TV show, read the same book, or play the same game online. This will help you feel like you are sharing an experience even when you are apart.
