I've been using social media a lot lately and it's starting to affect my mental health. I know I need to take a break, but I don't know how to do it without feeling like I'm missing out.
Social media is a huge platform that can be used for good or bad. You do not have to be on social media to get joy out of life. If you are finding that social media is affecting your mental health, it is important to take a break. Try to minimize the amount of time you spend on social media, and focus on other hobbies or activities that make you happy. It is also important to reach out to family and friends for support. Talking to someone about how you're feeling can help you better understand your thoughts and feelings, and figure out a plan to take a break from social media.
