I have been working in this closet corporation for the past 5 years. I have put my heart and soul into this job but lately, I have been feeling really unhappy. I'm not sure if it's time to resign or if I should stick it out a little longer. I am afraid that I may regret this decision if I resign too soon.
Only you can know when it is time to resign from your job. If you have been feeling unhappy at work for a while, it may be time to start looking for a new position. Trust your gut and do what feels right for you. You don't want to regret staying at a job that makes you unhappy. I think you can also try asking your colleagues and friends for their advice too to see what they think. Professionalism is also important, so if you do decide to resign, make sure to do it in a respectful way.
