I am naturally an anxious and overthinker person. And lately, my anxiety has been through the roof because I think my partner is cheating on me while we are in a long-distance relationship. We don't get to see each other often and when we do, he is always on his phone. He also has been acting really distant and doesn't seem as interested in me as he used to be. I don't want to be paranoid but I need some advice.
It's normal to feel anxious in a long-distance relationship - after all, you can't see or touch your partner and there is always the possibility that they could be cheating on you. However, if your anxiety is at an all-time high and you're feeling really paranoid, it might be time to have a talk with your partner. See if he's been acting differently and try to get to the bottom of what's going on. If he's not able to give you a satisfactory explanation, it could be that he is indeed cheating on you. I'm sorry this is happening and I hope you can find some peace of mind soon.
