When I was younger, I always thought that the way to tell if you were really friends with someone was to see if you could make them laugh. I have a friend at this moment (I think), we have known each other since we were both very young.
We don't always see eye to eye but we seem to get along well enough. But after years of being friends with her, she suddenly stopped talking to me. It's been 3 weeks since then and I really miss her. She doesn't respond to my texts or calls and I'm really worried that I might have done something to upset her
What should I do?
The best way to determine if you're really friends with someone is to look at the duration and quality of your friendship. If you've been friends for a long time, and you've shared meaningful experiences together, then it's likely that there is a strong foundation of trust and respect between the two of you.
