HomeLong Distance Relationship QuestionsHow do I fight off the anxiety living far away from my partner creates?
Roy Murray asked 2 months ago

I'm in a long-distance relationship and lately, I've been feeling really anxious. I miss my partner and I worry about them constantly. I know this isn't healthy, but I can't seem to shake off these feelings. What can I do?

There are a few things that you can do to ease your anxiety. First, try to maintain a regular schedule of communication with your partner. This will help you feel connected to them even when you're apart. Second, make an effort to do things that make you happy and relax you. This could mean working out, spending time outside, or meditating.
