Not working out makes me feel fat and I feel terrible... I really want to work out but I suck at waking up early and I can't go to the gym at night because I have other things to do.
I understand you! I love working out but the struggle is by actually getting myself to do it.
I suggest that you start by setting smaller goals for yourself. For instance, start by working out three times a week for 20 minutes instead of trying to go to the gym every day for an hour. And, make sure to choose a time that works best for you. If you're someone who likes to sleep in, then working out in the morning might not be the best option for you. Instead, try working out at night or even during your lunch break.
The most important thing is to be consistent and to find a workout routine that you enjoy. Once you find something that works for you, it'll be much easier to stick with it. Good luck!
