HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsHow do I combat boredom at work?
Roy Murray asked 2 months ago

I work in an electrical engineering office and lately, I have been finding my work really boring. I am not sure what to do to make it more interesting. Plus, I don't want to quit because the salary is really good. Do you have any suggestions?

Boredom is probably one of the most common complaints about work. And it's not surprising - if you're doing the same thing day in and day out, it's only natural to get bored at some point. But there are a few things you can do to combat boredom at work. You can try changing up your routine, talking to your boss about new projects or responsibilities, or taking on a new hobby or interest outside of work. Whatever you do, don't let boredom take over your professional life - it's not worth it in the long run.
