Due to the pandemic, I have been setting goals in my routine but I fail to manage and achieve them. I get angry at myself for not reaching my potential.
You need to stop beating yourself up and cut some slack —love yourself a little more. Do you that that self-compassion leads to better motivation and perseverance in the face of setbacks? It also improves our physical health by reducing stress hormones like cortisol. So if you want to improve your life, start with some self-love!
