HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsHow can I tell my know-it-all co-worker to stop trying to one-up me?

I am constantly trying to keep up with my co-workers "know it" attitude. They always have to one-up me, and it's really starting to get on my nerves. How can I put a stop to this without causing any drama?

It can be really frustrating when someone is always trying to one-up you, especially at work. The best way to handle this situation is to have a direct conversation with your co-worker. Let them know that their behavior is bothersome and see if they are willing to change. If the problem persists, you might need to speak to a manager or human resources representative.
