Because of my work, I have gained a lot of weight and I don't feel good about myself. I know I need to make some changes to my lifestyle, but I don't know where to start.
Changing yourself should always start with baby steps. If you try to do too much at once, you'll likely get overwhelmed and give up. So take it slow! Start by making small changes to your diet and fitness routine. For example, you could add a healthy breakfast to your daily routine or go for a walk every evening after work. Once you've made these changes a part of your life, you can start thinking about bigger changes. But remember, always take it one step at a time!
