I have a lot of trouble with anxiety and overthinking. I'll replay events from the day in my head or worry about things that might happen in the future. This makes it really hard for me to relax and get to sleep, and I often end up lying awake for hours.
I can understand how difficult it can be to manage anxiety and overthinking. What I suggest is you find a way to relax before bed. This can be reading a book, taking a bath, or listening to calm music. Once you're in bed, try focusing on your breathing and clear your mind of any thoughts. It may take some practice, but eventually, you should be able to fall asleep. In the morning, try to take some time for yourself to do things you enjoy. This can be going for a walk, reading, or listening to music. Make sure to schedule breaks throughout the day so you don't get overwhelmed. And lastly, don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. There are people who care about you and want to help you, so don't hesitate to reach out.
