HomeProfessional Relationship QuestionsHow can I deal with a difficult co-worker?
Roy Murray asked 2 months ago

I have a co-worker who is always making things difficult for me. He's always trying to one-up me and he's always trying to get my job. It's really getting on my nerves. Do you have any advice on how to deal with him?

If you have a difficult co-worker, the best thing you can do is to try to stay calm and avoid getting into arguments with him. It's also important to keep your own work area clean and organized so that he has no reason to try to one-up you. Additionally, you can try to build a good relationship with him by being friendly and helpful.
