I was working on a project for my boss when I made a huge mistake. I was so embarrassed and ashamed of myself that I didn’t know what to do. I wanted to run and hide, but I knew I had to face the consequences. I went to my boss and told her what happened. She was really understanding, and we came up with a plan to fix the mistake. I was so relieved that she wasn’t angry with me.
Despite this, I still feel embarrassed. How can I bounce back?

There's no need to feel embarrassed - everyone makes mistakes at work from time to time. The important thing is that you owned up to it and took responsibility for fixing the problem. That shows that you're mature and professional.
If you're still struggling to shake off the feeling of embarrassment, try talking to a trusted colleague or friend about what happened. They can help you to see the situation in a more positive light. Remember, everyone makes mistakes - it's how we learn and grow in our careers. Don't let one mistake define you.
