I have been working in my current job for almost a year now. Lately, my boss started to ask me to do overtime work and I don't mind doing it. But the thing is, I'm not getting paid for it. How can I ask for extra pay without sounding greedy?

You can try asking for extra pay for overtime work by explaining your situation to your boss. Perhaps you can point out that you're already working more hours than what is required of you, and that you would appreciate being compensated for the extra work. If your boss is reasonable, he or she should be able to understand your point of view and agree to pay you for the overtime work. Thanks for the question!
